Proof of Purchase: Please note that refunds, replacements and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through the official Imuscle websites. (imuscle.ca)
You must be able to provide a receipt showing that your products were purchased directly from Imuscle to be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official Imuscle website.
Supplements: Requests to return Supplements purchased directly through the official Imuscle website for a refund, replacement or exchange must be submitted to Imuscle Customer Service department within ninety (21) days from the date of purchase, and the product cannot be more than 80% used. Please call or email Customer Service to inquire about a return or exchange. Once Customer Service has verified your merchandise is eligible, you will be issued a return label through email. Imuscle will pay for return shipping.
Apparel and Gear: Requests to return Imuscle apparel and gear purchased directly through the official Imuscle website must be submitted to Imuscle Customer Service department within ninety (21) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, replacement or exchange, apparel and gear must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Once Customer Service has determined your merchandise is eligible, you will be issued a return label through email. Imuscle will pay for return shipping.

Imuscle will only issue replacements of merchandise purchased through other authorized retailers in the event of a manufacturer defect. Imuscle is responsible for determining the eligibility of a product for an exchange due to a manufacturer defect. To replace a product under these conditions, please email email@example.com within 21 days of your purchase.
